You can find some really good deals and buy a great condition trailer from someone who just wants to move on, so do yourself a favour and do a thorough investigation as you will probably find the perfect trailer and park with a few hours/days of hunting. TIPS & TRICKS: once you've taken ownership, if you are new to 'camping', as it's called, make sure you ROLL-UP (or lower) the trailers' awning so a storm does not cause $2,000 damage before you learn the ropes. Also, that brings up a good point, best to get some trailer insurance (from your home/car insurance broker) asap well.
